This World Leaders Forum program features an address by Mr. Zeid Ra'ad Al Hussein, United Nations High Commissioner for Human Rights, titled, "The State of Human Rights in the World Today", followed by a question and answer session with the audience.

High Commissioner Zeid will discuss a number of contemporary trends and the enormous challenges facing human rights protection, both within societies and between them - and what we can do to uphold the fundamental principles that maintain peace.
